1. The existing Empire City has a short sequel, as some of you might already know.

2. Let's call it Empire City 1.5.

3. More recently, or rather many years/months ago, Mammoth Empire has acquired 4 acres of land behind the Colonial Tower of Empire City.

4. The plan is to allow Empire City to expand further, without even touching Empire City 2 yet.

5. So currently the construction began, and the development for this sequel comprised of:

- 1 block of 10-storey office tower

- 1 block of 53-storey comprising 3-levels of retail expansion for the mall and the rest of floors divided for hotel, suites and service residences

- 2 lower ground floors will house Banquet Halls, Convention Centre (for Empire City) and carpark facilities

- 4 levels of basement carparks and another central chiller plant for Empire City

6. This phase is Unique because this will be the "tallest block" in whole of PJ? At least PJ Utara/Damansara. And this phase will be launched separately from the rest of the Empire City components (lazy to explain all that already mentioned).

7. The "Service Suites" within the hotel tower will be sold to individual owners. That's right. This is the property that I'm talking about here.

8. Launch: end of this year. Watch this space.

Unless the agreement to rent to Ritz Carlton has been completed, the title is misleading. So, is it a done deal? Any black and white?

Not finalised yet.

This project possibly under HDA... the rare compliance for Empire City.

May be too many complaints filed on them
