*** here's the pix about cable management i did just now... due to limited length of ATX cable, i had to place like, i thought i can place those ATX cable behind the motherboard tray or at least, can hide it... but i just... can't or else, have you guys any idea? ![]() take a look at the my X1900XT, held by a wire to provide support... QUOTE(mADmAN @ Jun 20 2007, 08:26 PM) u mean this?? Yea, thats the one that comes with my LL.i suggest changing to this...u can unscrew just the filter part for cleaning. uglyvamp sells them filters quite nicely...and airflow is good too...im using 1 on my CPU HSF fan. reason im not using it in the front is because i wanted something VERY easy to remove and clean...hence the plastic filter in my previous post. And accidentally, thats the same filter i bought from uglyvamp as well in the second picture..LOL.. I do agree its performing very well for me at the moment. Does not generate too much noise and airflow is still acceptable. But i am still trying to look for something better in the same place... Anyway, even though i could just remove the filters, they are still screwed to the frame. In the end, its still the same job of removing 4 screws. That is why i kinda interested with the plastic one you posted earlier but i am concerned about the airflow as well... @sniper69, Everytime i saw your GC in this casing, i felt really kesian..LOL..Like gonna break into parts anytime soon. Couldnt you change the direction of the HR03 to face upwards rather than downwards? This post has been edited by akachester: Jun 21 2007, 11:58 AM |

QUOTE(blessedvillain @ Jun 21 2007, 06:18 AM) did i just notice that the filter comes with 2 parts with "removable" filter? yep...the ring is removable via 4 small screws... but i dont really like to remove the filter too often...worry that the screw holes will get loose..(that just sounded obscene in my head)and kudos....it sure blocks out those greasy, dirty dust!! thanks for sharing man... |

but are the holes on the mosquitoe net as small as a sieve?
ive thought about the same thing...but from the sieves i have at home..their holes are really fine... meaning itll block out more dust. |

I think he need to readjust the mobo alignment to the case and the graphic card as well ...
This problem happen often, especially when moving into a new case .... I had to reposition few times before getting a comfortable alignment for both mobo and gc.... |

(this is what i like about PC-A10S - it's slidable mobo tray, together with PCI slots bracket if you know what i mean), the GC still in that position (bend) even at horizontal position... This problem happen often, especially when moving into a new case .... I had to reposition few times before getting a comfortable alignment for both mobo and gc.... BTW, i noticed that my mobo's temp hotter than usual, as well my HDD, i thought the 120mm intake fan in front do the job, but i think it's too slow or too little cfm... any idea? tried installed Panaflow 120mm, but failed due to "thick" Panaflo, i think... better get "thinner" fan... any idea, thin good cfm 120mm? |

LOL..Once i had got hold of my LL casing, i straight look for alternative to replace the original LL LED fan. They doesnt really perform for me. Now, they are already stored in duno which box already. Using Noctua fan, good cfm and airflow, silent but might not suit everybody's need. Cause it might not be as powerful as those crazy SS fans...Still the airflow is better than the original LL one..BTW, i noticed that my mobo's temp hotter than usual, as well my HDD, i thought the 120mm intake fan in front do the job, but i think it's too slow or too little cfm... any idea? tried installed Panaflow 120mm, but failed due to "thick" Panaflo, i think... better get "thinner" fan... any idea, thin good cfm 120mm? I indeed love the slidable mobo tray. Wish i havent been such a rush to get this PC-7B last time and opt for the PC60 which has much much more features than this..Slideable mobo tray, side panel fan, air duct etc..Gosh...If i have the slidable mobo tray, changing stuff would have been very easy.. LOL..So tempted to take it to ATE and trade this thing for the PC-A10 IF they have the black color one..LOL.. This post has been edited by akachester: Jun 21 2007, 02:41 PM |

there are a lot types of mosquito net, but the price wont be cheap.......so if u can get a cheap sieve, why not.......
i dun think the thick and thin fan got much difference, mostly on the blade design..... try to a get a fan with good pressure........ 2mmh20 above ( but super rare here)........if not mistaken good presure can penetrate the air filter easily while still maintain the air flow rate so far i only notice silverstone and certain thermaltake models does have those pressure ratings but the price also haha......... or u could do like a silverstone casing tj09 does, put a fan inside the casing in between the hdd rack and mobo another way is to keep a distance inbetween ur filter and fan like thermal take tsunami / soprano casing |

no, it's because the frontal intake fan area is limited, that's why i can't fit "thick" Panaflo fan... so, need those "thin" 120mm, for sure, with better cfm...

VIZO, Nortua probably, Silverstone....
The main problem because the door prevented direct airflow through the front intake ... so changing the fan and another fan at PSU area... It should help a bit ... anyway sniper69 .. how u configure the top fan intake or exhaust ? |
