so now is the first basic 38 package still valid ?

i think promo end 31st may 2015. hmm.gif

but 1 thing i realized celcom really no budget to invest in customer service outlet / service centre compared to maxis / digi.

it's so difficult to get to your nearest celcom centre, mostly those dealer is typical handphone shop with celcom signage, makes no different with those handphone shop only.

i went to vivahome outlet, it's closed down already, but still in their website shocking.gif

i went kl sentral branch, next to ktm komuter entrance, the ah beng say u need to go service centre. doh.gif

lastly went for blue cube klcc, wasted parking money and time, the blue cube is small like handphone kiosk. doh.gif

MNP my digi postpaid to celcom first basic 38 on Monday, fast service with no payment at all. Received the brand new nano sim, works around 9-10PM same day. Good service with fast transition.

Yes, remaining bill in Maxis will be prorated.

MNP from Maxis to Celcom can take 1 to 3 days.. depend on how soon maxis release your number.

Anyone did this before? I MNP from iDigi plan (already two years+) to the new Celcom first Basic 38. Went to Celcom center and fill in the form and they gave me a simcard, thats all. No receipt no payment needed, I was like what? There is no proves of me doing the MNP or whatsover, may I know is this normal or what? How long should I wait? Thanks in advance  unsure.gif

No payment did it on saturday by sunday nite received sms to switch the sim. Fast. This was the 2nd time for me as the first was blocked due to existing contract on my supplementary which I had to settle with digi and they (digi) never told me I had to do was to break the contract.

To move from digi make sure you have
1. No contract if have to break it / cancel
2. No outstanding bill meaning last cycle bill must be paid
3. Can't remember what this criteria was that the digi center told me.
Then can move.
