Don't waste your time waiting. I signed up for oku plan last time and when they finally installed everything, I didn't get the oku discount. Wasted 2 months waiting for answer and never get one. Since the billing didn't tally, I opt for not paying and my line was cut off on the 3rd month. Filed a complaint with mcmc and providing black&white supporting documents. Problem solved in 4 days. Discount being reflected in the billing ever since.
