According to the boss, no name yet, still early stage of planning and Kaedah 5 (Rule 5 means public feedback, got bantahan if density increase from 60 to 450 or not?)

Even got bantahan from public, gov will still approve the project. Is there any example the project cancelled because of bantahan. Before this the landed development beside this project already get bantahan all over from day one but project still on going.

By the way, the site is just opposite le yuen across the mex highway and the notis board already took down after maybe 1or2 weeks. Scare more resident nearby saw it and get more bantahan maybe? Then at last report just say only minor people bantah while major people welcome the project.

Interested to know its exact location too... and also the entrance also very important. Besides the traffic factor, need to see whether it faces kampung melayu like aquata or faces hindu temple and being welcomed by weird smell although it's high end residence like The Capers!

Yuk Tung Group has confirmed PTLM's news report last year that it has bought land in Bandar Baru Sri Petaling from a cleaning service company as well as adjacent land parcels. The developer now plans 4 tower blocks to be built in 2 phases. Total will be 990 service apartment units.

Acquiring land in Old Klang Road. Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) announced that it has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with TC Goldyear Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of 4.63 acres of land in Old Klang Road for a purchase consideration of RM90.3m. The development order of the land has been obtained. The land acquisition is expected to complete in 2H2019.

Positive on the land acquisition. We are positive on the land acquisition as this will strengthen Mah Sing’s presence in homes with affordable price points in the Klang Valley. Mah Sing plans to develop serviced apartments with pricing starting from RM428k per unit for size of 700sf. Total GDV of the project is estimated at RM500m which is expected to launch in 2H2019, in line with its quick turnaround strategy. Meanwhile, location of the land is strategic which is within 10km radius of KLCC and is located 800m to the upcoming Taman Naga Emas MRT station. Effective land cost to total GDV is estimated at 15.5% which we think is attractive.

If you draw a straight line as per Mah Sing's marketing, then it is 500m. Actual walking distance should be around 800m.
