Yuk Tung Group has confirmed PTLM's news report last year that it has bought land in Bandar Baru Sri Petaling from a cleaning service company as well as adjacent land parcels. The developer now plans 4 tower blocks to be built in 2 phases. Total will be 990 service apartment units.

Property developer Yuk Tung Group confirmed it has revised preliminary plans for a 4-block serviced apartments and serviced suites adjacent to the Taman Naga Emas MRT Station in Salak South Garden (overlooking Le Yuan Residence in Happy Garden). The developer has acquired the land from Super Advance Development Sdn Bhd which Minions.TV believed is a cleaning services company.
