QUOTE(BlueWind @ Mar 13 2017, 01:48 PM) That's exactly what I have reported to Hotlink previously about the missing option to purchase validity via the app. All the response I got was repeated questions asking if I can see it through *100#. Basically all I wanted to know is why this option to purchase via the app is missing. One thing I notice yesterday was that the auto renewable 365 days purchase pass has gone missing. It seems to me that they are slowly removing this plan out of sight for many users. Just saying. I intend to carry on with this plan as it is my secondary number which I use it for junk calls. This Hotlink Tablet plan can receive call and sms now? I remember last year I can't even receive TAC to use it for Uber/Grab.

QUOTE(BlueWind @ Mar 14 2017, 08:29 PM) I just called Hotlink cust care, they mention that even though the account is terminated but your plan is still not expired, you still can continue using it and the balance will still remain there. Only thing is I can't make calls and sms which I am perfectly fine with. Hope this helps to clear some confusion to the people who is reading this. My data not working even though it's supposed to expire in May. Fuck Hotlink, they're a bunch of scammers. How can they just terminate my plan after I've paid? Is it possible to get my money back by filing complain to SKMM/MCMC?

QUOTE(RDoe @ Apr 26 2017, 02:19 AM) Which plan did you pay for, and when was the subscription date? Were there already 2 different expiry dates when you did the data subscription? Hotlink Tablet Plan. Rm 45 for 2gb, 1 year validity. Bought it in May last year. When I bought it there was only one expiry date. They changed the 1 year validity recently to regular rm30 topup=30 days validity. I haven't been able to use it throughout April, especially when I needed it most for work when my workplace wifi was down.

QUOTE(RDoe @ Apr 26 2017, 09:34 AM) I've a card expiring in May too, and when I got into the Hotlink Red app, I see 2 expiry dates and both are also May 2017. The recent change should not affect our cards since that's way after our subscriptions. Have you got into the app to check the expiry dates? For the data expiry, you've to tap on your data balance to see it. Check your data balance and expiry date, and also the validity of your line on the home page. The problem is my card can't use data or login into the Hotlink Red app at all.
