I bought 2GB for 365 days (RM45) early this month,

In RED App,
Internet Balance, it showed latest pass expire Dec 1st 2017

But
Credit Balance, it showed my line termination Jan 24th 2017

May I know is that my line will get terminated if I didn't reload before Jan 24th 2017? Isn't it should have same expiry date?

Is that we can ignore the Credit Balance portion? even it is showed us different date range than Internet Balance portion.
I don't hope this will get my plan terminated even my Internet Balance is showing me, it is active.
We're okay with there are 2 expired date on each portion but not with the different active date range, it is confusing your customer.

Tried to reload my quota this month, and it is having 2 different expired date.
It is updated to same expired date after Maxis help.
It seem that we need to do extra work to inform them but at least they willing to help. rclxms.gif thumbup.gif
