Not just color..... the marketing picture does look high class.... i drive pass highway...the actual look is LOL..... I think I will have hard time helping investors selling it even at 400k...... next time buyers got to beware with what CB land products........ no wonder you are still very much behind compare other industry players...... good luck to you....dont angry..... They use cheap material.... cut the cost....thats why the window look smaller... thats the reasons why the property division.....earning 40%..... but give them 70% profit as reported in thestar....... selling 490psf service apartments.....but delivered 200psf flats.. aka rob from poor .day light........ while the poor public and staffs who bought this service apartment worry about what food on the table..... just add them into...Crest Builder CB Land = bad developer.
