I expect can rent out 1700 with partly furnish, 912 facing facilities, 2 side by side parking, anyway, this depend on tenant need for furnishing and negotiable if interested.

depends on size 864, 912, 981,
mostly basic are renting from 1.4-1.6k Semi from 1.6k to 1.8k, fully from 1.8-2k, those are actual transaction ! this all depends on how and what kind of furnish offer to tenants. |

i'm not lar, got one unit there, just know a few owner rent around this price, if u own a unit there, no need to entertain the property agent below alam sanjung, most of them will ask for low rent price, engage ur own property agent or put the ads by ur own.
