FYI, we are committed to practice effective management in order to keep the costs as low as we can. For security issues, I have also upgraded the system to allow for card access in the lifts. The utility rates have been adjusted to be of residential rates.
When I say constructive remarks and feed backs, I meant it to be both positive and negative. But if you choose to make allegations and defamatory statements, then I shall not respond to it here - and let the legal proceedings take place instead. |
