the owner minus 200 for maintenance ... means its 700 only ...

thats the only reasonable explanation as if your loan is 400k, no way one can rent it out at 900 a month

yes on the holding back ... coz they wanted to get more from the sales price after completion of block b - but failed miserably

in regards to the water conversion to residence - wont be happening anytime soon, only TNB is residential rate - residential rate for water in a commercial stratafied developement is a nationwide issue ... dont put too much hope on that .. a minimum of 11 ringgit per month is the current charge now
