thats the only reasonable explanation as if your loan is 400k, no way one can rent it out at 900 a month

thats not new block lah, totally different project - just its ont he same parcel of land ... this one atas a bit - not like the PPR Alam Sanjung

yes on the holding back ... coz they wanted to get more from the sales price after completion of block b - but failed miserably

in regards to the water conversion to residence - wont be happening anytime soon, only TNB is residential rate - residential rate for water in a commercial stratafied developement is a nationwide issue ... dont put too much hope on that .. a minimum of 11 ringgit per month is the current charge now

You don't need an agent..go to the showroom and speak to them directly...
