how old is your sim card? in order to receive LTE, if your sim card is quite old, you won't receive it because the sim card is not supported. so u have to change to a newer sim card. this applies to all network.

QUOTE(aleluya @ May 12 2015, 01:49 AM) I have changed to U SIM but then it doesn't work. Weird. If I switch to my maxis, it works LTE is not available in all locations now, so some telco in a certain location might have it, some don't. its not like very well covered like 3G/3.5G (HSDPA+) ex. maxis has 4G at subang, doesn't mean digi has it. just an example.

Sony Xperia Z Ultra? I checked in GSMarena doesn't seem to match the model number that supports LTE band. Seems like yours is oversea set/AP set and I can't find the LTE bands that it supports. FYI, malaysia band is band 3 (1800mhz) and band 7 (2600mhz)
