Just go out there and meet new people with an open mind. Don't go around as though you are hunting for a girlfriend, people can smell desperation. While you're at it, drop the bitter attitude that only looks matter and ugly guys will never hook chicks etc. Beauty is subjective and there is no such thing as flat out ugly.
