Mesahill is much more expensive than KC. Plus smaller build up. They are hyping up the mall as the main attraction . I would go for KC.

why did you guys choose mesa hill instead of lili?

I booked Lily previouly (735sf for 327k) but cancel it and choose mesahill 450sf (1+1) bedroom for 280k.
In term of sf very expensive but Im not a flipping investor. I target for cash flow and will look into exit policy if there is a problem with the cash flow of the property:-(
If you look for investment,I think it more easier to get tenant. You can have various type of tenants there with a lotof attraction.

For phase 1 and 2, most tenant in sky bungalow and starz valley start looking at mesahill.
In addition to that is Manipal student (just walking distance from the apartment) will be the main point why I buy this property.

Nilai is good because it cater more International student compare to Bangi (local student).

There also mall which add extra value to the property. They also provide shuttle bus to Nilai University and Inti College that may lure student to move in Mesahill :-)

Just my 2 cents opinion!

Hi,
Is anyone here bought unit 13a ?
I have bought an unit 13a in phase 2 last two years ago.

And now, the Developer Green Target said that the state of authority government not approved unit14 change to 13a.

The Developer should not put 13a for sale at the beginning. And all my S&P , loan agreement & docs have written in Unit 13a.

There is no notification to those buyer who bought 13a at the early stage. I found out when I request to sign the electricity & water supply application recently.

I have made many times complaints about this case but it seems that no one border especially the top management in Green Target. The COO of Green Target told me that it nothing can be done.

I am requesting them to amend all my docs to a correct unit No 14, but till now they have no reply at all. I even went to the Developer Green Target personally, the management to find out the status but I have referred me to someone else.

Now, I'm still waiting for my case to solve.

Is there any chat group / whatsapp group that I can join in here? Any admin can add me in?

The mall is failing, once mall fail means this prop will lose if sparkles. Cinema promised to come since one year ago did not materialised, heck even the shah alam orealdy come n buka but this mesamall still kecut bola

Not so worth that 158k becos the mall is falling. Cannot capture student market. Mesamall promote as though as to capture student market and all, in the end it was a dissapointment and student dont giv a F bout dis place. Lol.. Sadly.. However members in the aviation is staying here due to close proximity, it will change once other property nearby has VPed.

are you living in mesahill ? Can you tell more on how the mall is failing ? i saw your post regarding the complaint to the management regarding parking issue, but it seems like doesn't reflect that the mall is failing, would you mind to share on how is it ? appreciate that. thanks

I think it is very much affected by the opening of aeon mall, most people go aeon mall for shopping because of more shops, Mesa mall just can’t compete with it.. this is the fact.

Correct haha ppl will go there and gsc is opening soon alrealdy renovated about half d waiting for licence then bam it will open and put mesamall to shame haha. Later on it wil lbe like some other empty secluded emptysque mall like most of kl malls do.
