The facebook have alot ppl complaint, They ship the shoes from UK branch not Malaysia. got ppl 2 months still haven't go the shoes yet.

Yes - I also placed an order via their Malaysian website (not for shoes; for other merchandise). Order placed and paid for on 31st December. Since my order was below RM600, no free shipping - so yes, I paid RM50 for shipping. I received an email informing me my item had been dispatched on 2nd Jan, and when nothing arrived early week of 9th, I sent them an email. They told me latest to arrive was 13th Jan.

No surprise that I have still not received my parcel. To make matters worse, their hotline does not work (and now removed from their website), their support goes to the JD UK inbox, and I am unable to track my package (letting me know that my parcel is "on the way" is not a real status update.

I don't know if its something to do with UK's delivery system..

I purchased a shoe at hanon on the 20th of December and only received it on the 2nd week of January IINM

They passed me a tracking code but on both Parcel force and Royal mail.. The item was delivered on the 2nd day which shocked me! Wrote an email and only receive a reply from them that the first tracking code was an error and passed me the another tracking code.

Cheers I hope you guys get your parcel soon! Sometimes it gets stuck at our customs

If you cnt afford original pair by all means go for copy pair.

i'm sure those who can't afford to buy it will definitely dig the copy pair since it looks almost identical to the real one but the question is, what about those collectors who bought ori but then found out even a bangla is wearing the same shoe? how do u feel when all the effort & money spent to get the original pair is easily copied nowadays?
