There are attempts at improving things or giving a twist on it. Cue stuff like hender scheme and some notable collabs. And then there's cheap attempts to rip off those none the wiser. Those are almost always garish, looking to ride on the name of the label itself instead of proposing something that like actually, takes some work to do.
Slimane did it at ysl, and yet he has credibility because there's a manifesto at work with his looks. Some are just well, artless.

btw has anyone seen GL3 moonwalker (the grey/light grey) in person anywhere in Malaysia? Why I'm asking is mainly because I wanna suss the colours in person, as there are many conflicting pictures with heavy filters online. eg: (both is the same colorway ya)

been dying to get a hold of gl3, but sadly my feet is too thick so the split tongue is kinda separated when i wear it. last time i passed an okayama denim due to this.

anyway, i believe that the moonwalker is all gray including the socks part. the image you posted makes the gray suede turns olive, and the socks turns purplish.

Try eBay or YouTube, the colors usually are quite accurate taken in natural light

Anything nice or cheaper compare to Malaysia to look for at Japan. I'm more an Adidas fan so what should i look for when i travel there.

Hmmm...maybe neo is built meant for light usage...yes its look 'fragile' but comfortable and light and soft..suitable for me coz i have a pair of wide feet
