Just curious why don't they finish the land purchase then reflect the updated info in the S&P.

The land now still belongs to DBKL, how can they ask purchaser to sign in fact they don't have the ownership yet.

Developer had obtained APDL license so they could accept our payment / deposit.
The SPA will be dated n stamped after buyers and developer signed the SPA

Pre sign first but still hv to wait till sign n stamp by the Dev ..contruction is moving on?
