sorry 1st house buyer ...I sign the SnP last week... i already pay rm20K... then i have to pay the balance of rm22,450K... but the thing is i got bumi discount of 5%...but the firm didnt include that in the SnP...the price stated is without discount..shd i be worried?

actually, i already settled the balance during signing of the SnP.

To be honest i have no idea, even if it is bumi lot, its ok, not planning to sell it anyway.

SAME ANSWER WERE GIVEN TO ME...
IT'S LIKE WE HAVE TO WAIT..AND BE CALLED BY THE LAWYER ONCE IT IS READY. WERE TOLD THAT THEY WILL DEVELOPED THE FLATS 1ST THEN THE HOLMES.. THE FLATS IS PHASE 1, THE HOLMES PHASE 2..AS STATED ON THE BOARD OUTSIDE THE GATE. WENT TO THE SITE..THEY CLOSED THE MAIN GATE, SO, CANT TAKE PICTURES...I DID PEEK, ITS DEVELOPING..MORE STRUCTURES AS COMPARE TO MY LAST VISIT QUOTE(Pugbunny @ Jun 20 2016, 01:45 PM) Did check with the lawyer, they said SPAs are with the developer.
