the 'best' for couple, you meant calls right?
i guess redOne has a very nice voice plan, capped at 100 hours tho. but very cheap. 2nd is Umobile, iinm, then Maxis (the new cheaper plan is unlimited on-net, but data...  ).Basic 38 is only useful for those who are looking for a cheap data plan.
