DR current asset - accrued billings
if they follow standards : means architect sch H (if no wrong =p) % completion sign already .. but not do invoice billing yet (paper work)
so accrued 1st since wants to hit target for this quarter .. if they hit target won't accrued and use as buffer for next quarter
