u don't set the max tcp half open to 50 unless u have tweaked the registry

if the connection is throttled by tm then kenot do anything much d lor..

try forced encryption to get some peers if u rili kenot get connected to some peers to dl. but this way u cn oni get those peers using utorrent only.

does TMNet know how to counter the protocol encryption already?

zzz. i juz bought a new laptop yesterday and installed utorrent to dl. the speed is like nyawa ikan only. can't even reach 1kB/s

previously i can dl around 20kB/s using xp. well i only have celcom broadband d68 so the highest speed i cn reach is 40kB/s so 20-30kB/s torrenting is fine for me. but now in vista... zzzz

hmm i now know y i cant get good speed that day, forgot to enable protocol encryption. now can torrent very fast in vista wakaka
