I can't seems to get utorrent to work on my brand new PC. It kept stuck on "Not Responding". Any help? I'm running it on Vista Home Premium - 32 bit. I tried switching to BitComet and the torrent seems to run okay (even tho not blazing fast as before. And yes.. I'm also using a VPN.
