My previous torrenting all can hit 190kB/s easily. Current windows/torrent settings wouldn't allow me to exceed 50kB/s.
So, I downloaded the Vista TCP/IP Limit remover and it changed the HalfOpen to 70,000. I get added download speed but after restart, can't get into windows. Have to use back original tcpip.sys file.
Tweaked in Registry but it doesn't help.
Any idea how to tweak that file without causing any trouble to windows?

Yup. Now I am trying out 200~500 setting but the registry tweak doesn't seem to affect the download speed.
Too bad my operating system can't recognize the tweaked tcpip.sys once I restart the PC..
Maybe I need another operating system for faster speed? My current OS is Vista Ultimate..

There's few times my download hit 800kB/s+ and slowly decrease. Damn I hope my line is like this everytime.
