How do u do system update to 1524?

Ringtone slightly better....at least can hear the phone ringing. I noticed that most of the china phone ringtone not loud. Like my Redmi Note...worst. K3N is better. U can enable max ringtone in pocket mode at setting.
Samsung & Nokia is the best......loud till i can jump up
I m using Samsung Galaxy Note 3 too......ringtone can wake everybody up at night


After finish flashing India rom....need to type ####682# on phone dialer. It will restart and prompt all regions (countries). Then select MY(马来西亚). The phone will restart and updating again.


Flashing China rom u can follow the method on 1st page (thanks to sitescope) and for India rom try search previous few pages (thanks to uan).
Both rom also got advatages but i prefer international rom. China rom loaded with china market which u can get a lot of free apps but all in chinese words. Got Lenovo market on it. International rom dont have Lenovo market. Only got PlayStore.
Before i use India rom, i m using china 1524 stable rom. Still got error and FC. India rom....no error.
For battery life china rom slightly better. Bout 10-15% better. India rom got google+......so battery life slightly lose to china rom. If u root it and stop those gapps......your K3N battery will slightly better.
For light use battery life (my usage) including light gaming.
China rom i can get 2 days-3 days.....SOT bout 4 hours
India Rom i can get 2 days+.....SOT bout 3.5 hours

How the hell their system testing team do their works?

For 1512 rom......About Phone - Dont have system update. Need to install the system update apk file.

Yup, can increase speaker vol. Try uncletools. But do it at your own risk.

Sot 3.5 - 4 hour. Not that good la.

Including light gaming bro......plus using 4G+WiFi+dual sim standby and gapps running,consider good already.

omg. it fail to update to rom 1524. is that this rom's file must put in sd card?

Put in SDcard or internal storage also can.
U use custom recovery mode to flash it?

I use the LenovoOTA3.5 to flash it..fail....

Nice to see more k3n user. Share your problem, the community sure will help. But please read/google first prior asking. You will be good.

Hit 100% it'll auto reboot to stok recovery & upgrade

i strongly recommend all normal user to flash indian rom @ row rom. its stable and already got gaaps and essentials for daily use...

Yup, agree. And next time u all can update using OTA like other Malaysia phones with no hassle.
