AOSP 5.1 Lemonade have xposed pre installed and working fine. Currently on this rom. No tap to wake and no led notification. But it is lag free and no significant bug.

Funny thing about this phone's rom. Everybody is making their own rom, but nobody want to perfect it.

I've flashed rom every week. Searching for the perfect one. Decided to stop (dah letih) at limonchelo novamod mdsteam, as what hackerpower xda said the most OK one.

Hope lenovo n motorola will consider k3 note as their impirtant portfolio.

And is there any direct S121 stock rom for k3??

Want to try carbon rom? It is base on s121. I'm currently using it. Much better than limonchelo in my opinion.

is rom for K3N can be use for A7k+?
*
MAYBE. If the spec all the same = same hardware = same phone

http://www.unbox.ph/gadget/lenovo-a7000-pl...et-the-k3-note/

"We can probably end this hands-on right now by telling you guys that the A7000 Plus is essentially a localized version of the K3 Note."

Does it help on increasing the on-screen time? For row I usually only have around 4 hours on-screen. Looking for a way to increase it.

Nah. I personally think with 1080p screen and 2900mAh battery, it is very unlikely to get better screen on time, for any rom.

Got another unit for my brother. Chinese 1512 rom > put my sd card with all the .zip rom > kingroot > flashify > twrp > reboot to recovery > freedom!

All in 10 minutes. No pc. True story bro.

It is the rom base that matters. The main one are vibeui china rom, vibeui indian (row) rom, and aosp. And there are also dev that port from other rom, i.e. miui, meizu.

The features and bugs will mostly the same if you are from the same rom base.

For those who using vibeui row rom (i am now on Carbon rom 2 - NOT the Lite aosp-based one), i just found out that the gcm problem (delay whatsapp notification) was due to greenify. Uninstall greenify and things back to normal. Give me headache for couple of weeks...

I'm using carbon2 too but I've encountered some problem.
- quite laggy. Sometimes it takes too long to launch apps
- Video is distorted when playing using chrome.
- Charging is damn slow. More than 4 hours. Is it normal?
*
1. Laggy yes. All row based rom suffer the same issue. But the delay is acceptable. Change the animation speed to 0.5x to make it 'faster'
2. Have not experience this. I mean i only view youtube vid on app. Can share screenshot?
3. Charging should be less than 4 h. Mine as below. You did use the supplied adapter?

Still stuck, once select language then next step is wlan then stop working and stuck. This are the step of flashing

1. Rom
2. Super su
3. Gapp
*
Flash rom first. Restart system. Complete the initial set up. Power off. Power on to recovery. Flash supersu and gapp. Restart system.

I've encountered this with chinese rom. Pelik sikit.

Hey. Just sharing. I'm on Carbon K3 Note 2.0 (ROW S121 based). Installing this app "recently" by chainfire, and set the option as below, somehow did help on improving the laggyness issue. Maybe you guys want to try.

Green circle with white tick. Make sure you see it.

Altenatively, use kingroot to root. Then use flashify to install twrp.
