Skip the root step n proceed straight to install custom recovery using fastboot flash
What malware - I don't see any? Any app you don't want just uninstall using titanium backup since phone is rooted
Don't install any unofficial app through unknown apk n you will avoid virus into phone. Download all app from playstore. You never know which app will give you malware/virus issues from non official app

Yup, is there any different? I set to 10 it fail but 7 works good for me. I think it mean detect last 7 number on contact, correct me if i was wrong.

One last question, if i want to try other Roms, should i do the whole process or can just put the rom inside my SD card use the CWM and install it from there?

To get better experience (less useless bloatwares and OTA update from official Lenovo ) on the phone flash it to India Row ROM 1st if the seller haven't done it yet. And important to update to S121 version (if the Row ROM you get is the S117 version) because S117 version has couple of nasty bugs. 

This AP phone need a bit of DIY work before using.

Hello guys, i just got my phone. It has full of malwares and chinese apps all over it.
When i bought this phone it had KingRoot installed in it.

Since i have no idea how to flash it, i wanted to follow RootJunky's tutorial on youtube. The problem is that he installed SuperSU.
Can i follow his tutorial and have both KingRoot and SuperSU on the phone?

Also which rom is best in your opinion? I've seen like 10+ of them and i have no idea which one to choose.

In terminal : fastboot flash recovery twrp.img n cwm will be replace. Type in correct twrp.img file name
Or you can try use free app flashify to flash the twrp.img file
Actually does it matter whether one use cwm or twrp??

Currently im using AOSP 5.1. Its a great rom.
If you want to flash a new rom, just download keep in SD card and flash from your recovery mode.

DirectD start selling lenovo A7000 plus, exactly the same specs as K3 note @ Rm639.

A7000 plus screen resolution is 720p while K3N is 1080p. Other specs almost same. Some website says A7000 plus camera is 8MP+8MP and it support quick charge.

Stated 1.7ghz but description 1.5ghz

Screen resulotion confusing people....some says 720p and some says 1080p and is 1.5GHz or 1.7GHz??? Cant find this model at Lenovo website also......weird....if officialy launch here, lenovo malaysia website should have this model. I checked Lenovo FB also dont have this model.
