Hi all, I need advice on exporting video

Software : Adobe Premiere Pro CS3
Aspect Ratio (WxH) : 1280 x 720 (16:9)
Size : below 50MB
Length : 5min
Frame Rate (fps) : 29.97
Format : MP4

What setting should I set in Premiere Pro in order to have requirement above? encode, compression, etc...

Appreciate if there is any help

Thanks rclxub.gif

I assume there is a stereo audio track too, generally it is about setting like below using h.264 high profile codec (for video) and aac-lc profile codec (for audio)

video bit rate : 1300kbps
audio bit rate : 64kbps

I am not adobe premier user but I think video encoding is more or less about the same like I convert movie file.

and by the way, the format mp4 I assume u r refering to the file container, not mpeg4 codec. just bear in mind, container and codec is different thing.

as i said above, the bitrate.

while resolution & frame rate remain unchanged, the bitrate is the only variable value you could play with.
