I am sure u won't kena tax. Just say its a desktop PC. Show the HDD as well. I brought back my xbox360 previously from HK. That day was an unlucky one, got spotted carrying many stuffs then that indian guy stopped me and asked me to open my luggage and my backpack which holds the xbox. I just say its a desktop PC, he even saw the xbox360 box which i folded in my luggage and lots of xbox360 games in the luggage too
