SEREMBAN: A new train terminal will be constructed in Labu near here to serve the proposed high-speed rail link (HSR) between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said the stop, to be built under the transit-oriented-development (TOD) concept, will be the only one serving the rail link in the state.

How much this Dsl?....HSR from Labu to KL 20 minutes?.....it is gem.

DSL located near KLIA should be a gem too since u can take KLIA transit to KL. Some more no need to wait till 2022. Now got it already.

Live in labu ..........work in singapore........weekend in kl.....interesting......

why is the marked area so big for a station?

Shock shock can go down melaka or muar jalan jalan cari makan. Malaysian and singaporean are really good explorers for food and short vacation

Maybe mix development.

HSR Station. Hotel. Mall. Office. KTM. University. Bus. Entertainment. Condominium. Apartments. Hospital.

Nilai? Why nilai?

And also bandar Sri sensation.....is it close Labu, ..HSR?

From the map, the plotted area is exactly next to Bandar Ainsdale.

Not a surprise, it is pretty much anticipated by many that the HSR station should be very near if not within Bandar ainsdale, given it is sime Darby project. Still, congrats to people living nearby and Seremban folks, it offers alternative and fast route (although won't be cheap) to KL from Seremban.

s2 heights resident gonna be happy with this..near to PLUS exit..near to HSR station..near to mydin aeon tesco..very very convenient

Do anyone know what will happen to current sban exit toll, once the ainsdale toll exit opens, will the current sban toll will be closed.?

Should be open as normal coz the reason they built the new exit, the existing one couldnt cope with the traffic anymore..if they close, it will back to square one

Is this place going to replace Seremban 2 fame?

Nilai is very near to Labu, plus the state goverment plan to built more infrastructure in future

Sime Darby is the one who will get benifits and advantage with this HSR @ Labu via their current ongoing project - Nilai Impian, Ainsdale..

You should. Plant banana better.

you are right. Banana better. Very high profit margin and 365 days yields. Only need 2 bangla can handle 10 acres land.

But the labu land that I got offer. Too expensive in psf for farm as it is not agriculture type.

Rinching/ Beranang still can find very cheap land. Plant banana is better in that area. pay back method shorter or Return on capital employed is better.

Aiyoh, plant banana is like collect rental ma! Later u can become developer to build house/condo and sell to those kaki lor.

developer build house is no fun. you can't complete with big player like sime. gamuda. sunway. worry market. worry crash

I rather plant more banana and export to singapore. earn 2.7 exchange.no worry market. crash.

Btw. the most profitbale months for banana is actually puasa month. demand > supply. Can increase price too

If HSR station at Labu failed, the Vision Valley City, which is developed by Sime Darby would also become a failed project. At the moment, the houses in NS are oversupplied and not much commercial activities.

I still remember everyone invest the properties in Sepang, Nilai and Seremban when KLIA was built in Sepang. When the economy crisis hit the country, a lot of project, buildings, houses and shoplots were abandoned.

Got HSR station not mean it will success.

If propose at HSR Seremban at Labu, will it be Interchange KTM Labu

Based on Nanyang Siang Pau, HSR Labu will not be built at KTM Labu (10th miles of Labu) or Tiroi (6th miles of Labu) but located between 7th to 9th miles of Labu. Windfall for Sime Darby as that land belong to them, same goes to IJM & Matrix.

but the tickets cost would be high

It will be priced maybe 10-15% below air tickets, so can take hsr n go home once a week. Anyway hsr's prices will also fluctuate like air tickets to make it competitive

It will fluctuate according to myhsr, airline operators sweating leh, good for ppl if they lower d air tickets prices to compete with hsr
