Pegawai Turus Siasatan dan Perundangan Trafik Kuala Lumpur Deputi Superintendan S Markandan berkata, kemalangan berlaku apabila Pajero dipandu Fairuz Nizam berada di lorong tengah sebelum dipercayai digesel dari sebelah kanan oleh sebuah Myvi menyebabkan Pajero itu terbabas ke sebelah kiri lalu dilanggar oleh sebuah lagi Myvi yang berada di lorong kiri.

“Akibatnya, Pajero itu berpusing beberapa kali. Pemandu dan semua penumpang tercampak di atas jalan raya.

“Pemandu Myvi di lorong kiri tidak cedera, manakala satu lagi pemandu Myvi cedera di mulut dan dirawat di HKL,” katanya.

Menurutnya, siasatan lanjut masih dijalankan dan kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 41(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1957.

Sementara itu, ibu saudara Allahyarham Nova Safitri, Hartati Hassan Basri berkata, ketika kejadian dua lagi anak perempuan Nova Safitri Nur Firuza Amira, 7, dan Nur Firuza Aqila, 4, berada di rumah mentuanya dan dia serta suami dalam perjalanan mengambil mereka di Taman Batu Muda, Batu Caves.

Katanya, jenazah tiga beranak itu akan dikebumikan selepas Solat Asar ini di Taman Batu Muda.

The way I understand the sentence, is that the Pajero moved to the fast lane and was buttsek-ed by a speeding Maivee before it lost control. While there is little doubt the Maivees were speeding, does this mean the Pajero driver did not notice a speeding myvi on the fast lane approaching fast from behind when he switched to the fast lane?

Or was he trying to give way to the other speeding myvi in the middle lane (the one that T-boned the Pajero eventually) and did not notice another myvi on the fast lane.

Ketua Polis Trafik Kuala Lumpur, Asisten Komisioner Mohd Nazri Hussin yang dihubungi mengesahkan kejadian itu dan kes disiasat mengikut seksyen 41(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987.

Beliau juga menjelaskan siasatan rapi sedang dijalankan termasuk menilai kemungkinan ada unsur perlumbaan di lokasi kejadian seperti didakwa beberapa saksi.

"Di lokasi itu juga tiada kamera litar tertutup (CCTV) dan ia sedikit menyukarkan siasatan, namun kita akan siasat di segala aspek termasuk pemandu Myvi terbabit," katanya.

The Pajero is in rear wheel mode as default because it's not a full time AWD. In this mode, a whack from behind will cause the car to fishtail and if unable to control, will spin and crash into something. Looking at the Myvi damage, obviously a frontal collision.

Okay, this is the fault of pajero driver and his family because of no wearing seatbelt and driving on the same road as the awesome FMC. How dare they even dare to disrupt the magnificent FMC when they are convoying?

Want to see which cable dare to back up these idiots. Though one of them is so called 'pwincess' umno, kalu takat level balaci at the bottom rank, is it worth it to help them? Summore this incident received so much coverage, the cable must be someone that have 3.85 cgpa to take the risk to help them

without bucket seat, racing harness (racing seatbelt) and roll cage, if your car hit like that and roll a few times..it is possible.
car roll 3 times u think the normal seatbelt can help u? i dont think so.
