both daughters can get max. 1/2 of everything.

so each take 1/4 la.

if there are more daughters, then split the 1/2 by how many daughters.

as it is they get zero.

which is even more terrible.

in Islamic wealth distribution to heirs of the deceased (fara'id) there are specific rules.

actually 1st they have to total up the deceased assets etc.

then see whether deceased have any outstanding loans/borrowings, so need to pay off his/her debtors.

then from that balance, divide by 2.

1/2 is to be distributed by will if the deceased did make a will.

the balance 1/2 must be distributed using fara'id.

where daughters/spouse/parent/siblings still get a share (in case these ppl are left out from the will).

what the siblings and heirs did here is obviously wrong.

the children are being denied of their rightful share.

yes siblings get some share, but i can assure you it's not and shouldn't be all.

and as mentioned, stealing from orphans is more sinful than just plain stealing...

For the insurance money, yes should use fara'id, but for the donation from public 100% should be for the two kids.

Parents wealth is understandable to follow fara'id

But the parents died oledi

That donations are not for them, but for the kids

So is that donation also need to be fara'id?

But pity them, kena songlap oledi
