Why is lane hogging a hazard? The faster car is forced to switch to the middle lane to overtake the car that's hogging the fast lane. If there's a car that's overtaking from the left lane (assuming it is a 3-lane highway) at the same time, he too has to go to the middle lane. Can you see across 2 lanes from your side mirror? I know I can't.
Crime it is not but hazard it definitely is. |
