There is no simple fix for this infamous listening port blocked issue, but you can try this.

If you are TM user, go to http://192.168.1.1/login.html , login with your admin credential. The guest account username: tmuser , password: tmuser, but they are useless.

With your admin account, look for IGMP and check it to turn it on.

Restart Bitcomet.

TM will cap your speed once they detected your torrent traffics. Thus use a HTTPS proxy instead, http://spys.ru/en/https-ssl-proxy

Keep trying each proxy until it works, currently the France proxy works for me: 91.229.20.73, port: 80

In Bitcomet, set the proxy in Tools -> Options... -> Proxy(under Connection)

I once used a Thailand proxy and always gave me 250++kB/s speed vs 1 or 2 kB/s by stupid TM Net speed cap.

But it is gone. So am using the France proxy, still can give me average 100++kB/s speed, 200+ kB/s top. icon_rolleyes.gif

Best way to avoid detection is to limit your Torrent upload. Just set it to 10kb.

All ports are blocked. But it doesn't matter. 250kB/s still far more better than stupid TM 2kB/s speed cap

Anyway, what is your Bitcomet torrent speed??

Why? Still can't get rocket speed? Try close Bitcomet and restart it. Then let it runs for 15 minutes regardless the speed.

My first time of using a new proxy always required me to keep restarting Bitcomet several times and wait for 10 minutes, then only it runs at Rocket speed.

I think it doesn't matter what router u use.
