Problem when riding a Mech!, Restart?!

pre-order the game, collected it , installed it and patch it..all went very well but the main problem was,,, when i riding the mech and start fragging players like killing machine but in the half pc hang and restarted and ruin my exp to promote myself..holy motherfu..! ...
