Hi Yeall..

Im currently rather concern of my brother latest forage into a totally new working environment..
He is currently working in an European MNC in IT stuff....Where the working environment is relax , flexible..pays quite OK...comes with few allowances and claims perks...
But according to him he cant really see himself having a good prospect in his current company...He is doing presales now..
So he went out looking for another opportunity since 6months ago...and finally he got an offer from a Jap MNC...
The new role is more of a sales job...some sort related to what he is doing now but its a totally new product he is gonna sell..
What im worried is that will there be a totally different environment he will be facing??
To be precise he will be joining FujiFilm...
Any advise to my bro from fellow LYN or betta still anyone from Fuji...??

Japanese firms/companies tend to be more aggresive in their job prespective. Definitely there will be changes in working enviroment.
