DS-Xtreme 4Gbit worth waiting for?

DS-Xtreme 4Gbit looks really promising and reviews have been amazing. It has not coming to our shores yet though
In your opinion is DS-Xtreme 4Gbit worth waiting for? or should generally and m3 or sc be enough cause the only good reason i see is that is has no loading for ds games. Price is quite the same when consider dc card and a passme3 Vote Vote  |

I'll buy once the price drops to a sane level, right now it is just to expensive for something with only 512MB, the backup/homebrew compatibility is very nice.
