Hi, anyone faced this situation before?
my gf supp line subscribe celcom broadband weekly rm18, after 1 week no auto renew no sms notification but they straight charged me pay per use till max rm250
damn tulan now, made report to celcom and skmm... celcom reply say the charge is valid, they say when first subscribe got sms stated till XX date, expect customer to renew manually, if not auto charge pay per use..
any other avenue to fight this case?
