Which butthurt fella deleted one of my thread?

Why is it deleted? Did I not comply with rules and regulation?

Which rules did I cross? Why delete my thread?

ya actually i'm quite not satisfy with lowyat staff/moderator that delete ppl thread without giving a notice why is it being deleted or what...

user gonna repeat the same mistake again next time.


once ago my thread being removed and i totally dunno who remove it and not a warning to me at all.

i open the thread 2nd time and kena removed again without a notice....

didn't that is some how of disrespect by closing ppl thread without giving a warning/note/notice?


and 1 more things, a thread that did not break any of the forum rule either malaysia rule, but still get deleted, i asked the moderator and he say "becoz too many ppl report your thread" wtf?

wtf forumer bashing each other, my thread fault...?

moderator should warns/suspend those forumers who bash/troll in forum instead of delete the thread and say it's like ts fault....

1) Did you realize that 14 forumers got warned in your thread for posting pornoghrapic website names? Im sure you saw those comments in your thread. Why didnt you delete those comments?

2) A senior member and as a TS, you have power of deleting those comments in your own thread but you didnt. The purpose of wkkay implementing that is for TS to regulate their own topic.

3) Instead, the only comment I saw deleted by you was nearlee's comment which has no violation or whatsoever instead of other violating posts.

4) Actually Ive kept it open long enough to see if people would be more civilized to not post explicit comments but they still kept coming even after 3 pages. Hence the closure.

5) Since you didnt even wonder why did I close your thread and re-open it yourself, I had to delete it to prevent further trolling.

6) In case you didnt know, if your thread is closed and you did not do it, it can only be the mod team. Once know that, you can PM anyone on the Mod team on the reason why before re-opening the thread.

7) When we receive so many reports from a particular thread, we have the right to close it to prevent further damage.

8) If you want sincere answers or serious answers without mod closing threads, please use other sub-forum like serious /k

I am glad you confess on what you did. But we meet again. One after another, I always seems to be you.

1) Posting stuff about pornographic either its image/site is wrong. They should bear what they did. I was just wanting answer from them and they gave me a honest answer, sadly its against the rules in here.

2) As a senior member, being here for years, I've never seen some mod/staff like you. Last time AhWang also did silly nonsense like this, well at least he changed, not sure where did he went now.

3) The way nearlee reply is really annoying, you can refer here. He is like a horse always wanting to grab attention like smartguy but even more nuisance.

4) Human being nature, educate them, you should have gone to more education too. Education on how to behave. Maybe we should go together.

5) Lel, you think just delete the thread like that can solve the problem? Go and ask your parents, see what they say.

6) Well accident could happen, I or mod could accidentally close it, hence just re open it.

7) When user's thread got closed without solid reason like this, we user have the right to inquire to prevent mischievous action.

8) If you would like to close others thread as any time as you wish, /k/ wouldnt be the place, you would get complain, and the more complain you get, you will be "close" just like our thread.

I take tarvalslain87's side here. If a thread goes out of control, and you don't do anything about it, we will remove it.

Trying to prevent these petty issues from happening again, been the second time already.

But why no notification or warning after removal? THis is what I find frustrating, is it technically difficult to issue notification or warning, so people would know why?

I seriously think you need to notify user so they will know what mistake they did to avoid future complications.
Just give a notice lah, can delete but cannot give notice?

We help generate lowyat.net traffic, popularity and possibly revenue and its not like we post useless crap all the time, most of the time its informative posts or helping out at technical section and garage sales, which is what I initially sign up for. The occasional jokes at kopitiam is somehow treated as trolling, simply because other trolls abuse the report feature and some mods just warn, ban or mute without investigating much.

It wouldnt be fair to say Mods can do whatever they want to us because we dont own the website. How would lowyat.net fair if no members are using it? Logical?

If your thread was removed, clearly it was on violation of something. You can just refer to the forum R&R / section R&R. If not clear, PM a mod.

We removed many threads on daily basis, your thread goes missing alone is enough an indicator that it is in violation of certain rule.
