level up in diablo 3, play ps3 version

Hi I am playing ps3 version of d3 and when level up it cannot assign skill point or any character Customization. Is this normal? Like previous diablo games I thought when level up will gain some points to add to your character attribute and skill

diablo 3 is different from previous diablo
no skill point assignment, only unlock skills |
