Install 'mediainfo' from playstore and then slowly compare mediainfo output of the problematic files with the non-problematic files.

well if the video is smooth then you can considered manually fix it like this :-

hdd ntfs, hdmi cable unlikely the problem.

if the files play fine on another box or player, something is not right with box or kodi app.

u can install mx player app from playstore, and see if the files play correctly.

if good, then likely kodi setup incorrect - check audio set up in system.

or remove/erase kodi, reinstall new from playstore.

Using Mibox S. Can anyone tell me how do I shutdown my mibox? The power button only goes standby

Just an update. The usb tuner can work with mibox or any other android device (running android 8 and below), but with few caveat:

- Only able to tune 666Mhz frequency and save 7 channels (screenshot below)
- Able to tune 698Mhz frequency but FAIL to save the channels even it show 100% signal strength
- The app need to sideload and only work with Android 8 device or below. Android 9 device will not work and keep loading; tested with 3 other Android 9 devices and all failed
- The tuner feels very warm and hot after a while, even when the app is not running in foreground

In the end, I feel that it's not worth the money to purchase and instead I just randomly found some free malaysia iptv source on github and use it with Live Channels apps instead  . Much easier and faster (screenshot below)

i saw in youtube a few users had the option in their netflix app..but whenever i play anything the 5.1 audio channel not listed

Because I recently bought LG Smart TV. So far enjoying Netflix, Youtube, HBO GO, Spotify, etc2.. But cannot found any apps that can stream FTA channel and sports.
