Hi everyone. I've just got my mi box s. Did the setup and connected to my wifi. Then, suddenly my wifi is not in range. The box can detect my neighbour's wifi but not mine. And my other devices can connect to my wifi.
So, I tried doing factory reset. And now I'm stuck at the setup as the box still can't detect my wifi. I'm using TP Link TD-W8961N router if that's relevant.
Did anyone had this problem before?

QUOTE(aceedburn @ Apr 16 2019, 09:58 PM) Try changing to channel 6 and use only 20mhz. Some older routers tend to need that change. Thanks but I'm not quite tech savvy. How can I do that? Using the router setup page?

QUOTE(aceedburn @ Apr 17 2019, 08:23 AM) Yes, you have to log into your router setup page and go to wireless settings. These 2 settings will be there and try to change and see if it helps. Thanks bro. You solved my problem!
