I had this problem with my mi box s and also mi tv stick recently. Go to wifi settings and choose static IP. For some reason DHCP has problems with some routers. Once you do the static, internet will be rock solid and won’t drop ever. Try it.

Can I know what to put in the IP Address?

Just bought Mi Box S (MiBox4 - MDZ-22-AB)

Problem is, when i install (sideload) apps and try to open it, theres error/warning Restricted: not downloaded from play store and the apps did not opened.

How to overcome this issue eh? The box already updated to latest Android9. Bought from dasher (shopee). Can install apps but when want to open, this error/warning appear.

Hope someone can help/guide me to solve this problem.

I just try to sideload aotg & chrome (browser) from apkpure, both failed with the same error..

Tried install aptoideTV.apk (the one like playstore type), can open, after install aotg, same error.. just want to try if aotg can run on this box..

- just because ur cousin works in MCMC, doesn't mean u know everything. even ur cousin mybe dont know much.    . do u even know what is VPN? how they works? what kind of encryption they use etc ?
a good VPN provider will use huge range of IP. ISP mybe know the ip, the routing etc, but thats all. but the data inside mostly unreadable. now with advance encryption and wider range of key cipher in bits, more harder for the data to tapped into.

anybody with mibox3, after update to android 9, the lan connection can't be access or use? i try mine, no connection at all. 😓

wanna ask about Mi Box. if suddenly it cannot be turned on and i wanna send to service centre, will they accept it for repair?
