Hello, I'm using a usb pendrive to increase storage for mibox s, but when I want to install more apps, it says storage is full, any ideas why it is like that?

My device ( mibox miui TV version 1.5.93 ) can not be used through the mouse and I must use the keyboard
The mouse does not click and only the right and middle clicks work
Try with different mouse
Reset factory will solve the problem and will cause problems again after connecting to the Internet
please guide me

-how to install lazada/shopee app? ive use apkpure/apkmirror/aptoide sometimes work but not on the list

It is actually the lower part of the screen where the left click stops working.

My Mibox cannot switch on. Shows "Store Mode". Want to try reset but there's no hard button. Have off and left few days also same result.

Any ideas?

From what I see in Indian channels, Store Mode is for the Mi TV, not the Mi Box (Settings -> Device Preferences -> TV Mode -> Store Mode). Did you mistakenly have the Mi TV Firmware in your Mi Box?

Yeah checked it last night. May be the TV, not the box. But still no live in the box

Hi, I'm a new Xiaomi Mi Box S user.

I have a question, I bought ugreen sub3+ethernet port to RJ45 and a Cat6 RJ45 flat ugreen Cable... But the box does not seem to connect to internet via the ethernet.

I tried restarting, forget wifi, disabling wifi. but none worked.

I am using the unifi silver coloured modem, connectted to a black cylindrical wifi modem (i dont actually know what the black cylindrical tower does),

I connected the LAN to the silver modem as that silver box is where the optical cable comes in... The LAN2 (the place i connect the mibox s) is blinking, but there is no internet detected from the mibox...

Can anyone advise on this?

You’re connecting your lan cable in the wrong device. The white one is the fibre modem. You need to connect the LAN cable to the black wifi router and all will work good.

I've connected the cable to the black wifi modem. THe ethernet now shows connected with a long string of numbers at the bottom.

But I still cant connect to internet. when i Open Apps like YouTube it says I am not connected and when i open another app like unifi it says there is an error.

Tried opening google play just for the sake of it, and it would not open as if I am not connected to internet.

Do I need to change the IP settings with DHCP or Static or anything?

Update:
I changed from LAN1 on the black modem to LAN4 on the black modem. And somehow it is working now. Maybe the LAN1 port is damanged?

I think lan 1 may be reserved for unifi tv perhaps. Glad all is working well for you now.
