what kind of mibox that is able to stream HD Netflix, Astro GO and Iflix?

Still some of the  aotg channel still sd... there is no way that we could adjust the screen display from android point of view to made it maximize.. the center box screen is not friendly to watch.. . read that other boxes can have the option to expand the screen size.

Planning to get a Mix Box S for AOTG purpose. May I know is there any specific version / ROM that I need to look for? Coz I think AOTG cannot be installed on a rooted device, not sure if any of the Mi Box S is rooted or not.

Hi everyone. I've just got my mi box s. Did the setup and connected to my wifi. Then, suddenly my wifi is not in range. The box can detect my neighbour's wifi but not mine. And my other devices can connect to my wifi.

So, I tried doing factory reset. And now I'm stuck at the setup as the box still can't detect my wifi. I'm using TP Link  TD-W8961N router if that's relevant.

Did anyone had this problem before?

Well, I have no problem at all after restart. I can let it sleep fine if just for few hours. I only let my kids watch them on weekends. Hence after being idle for 5 days, it starts to lag no matter what I do.

just get my mibox 4 global version from lazada, anyhow the image quality is bad and cant even have proper hdmi handshake with my 1080p tv.. auto set to 720p, i need to change to 1080p in display setting manually....

Am a Ubox Gen 2 user that has serves me well for 3.5 years but has been showing sign of death. Am evaluating my options between Ubox Gen 6 Vs Mibox S.

My usage is mainly in CN/TW live TV, Chinese variety shows, VODs and YouTube. Would love to have Spotify but currently not supported by my current tvbox.

I know one of the drawbacks of Mibox is I have up sideload APK to install apps and have to use custom launcher to display apps shortcuts. Apart from this, any other significant drawbacks like 8gb storage or other disadvantages?

Hello guys. I have a mi box 3 with ATV 8.0.

I connect it to my xiaomi projector and xiaomi home theater bar, but both makes my audio skip no matter what app i using.

it skips every 5-10 sec.

However, if i plug to tv, its fine. I suspect it's got to do with DD+ to DD conversion.

If so how can i fix this? how can i force 2.0 like my TV? Its unwatchable if the audio keeps dropping.

I'm planning to buy the Mi Box S and found some seller saying it Global Version, some saying International.
Are both the same or got any different?

Cause the price varies quite a lot between seller in Lazada/Shopee

Noted bro, so not all unseal is rooted, its depend on the app installed. So need to ask the seller either they sell rooted set or not.
