Same problem here. Nothing can load and even the Sofa Manager (translate from Chinese) can't load.

Anyone having problem playing some videos on Youtube app on the Mi Box? I use the white box (supposedly the latest gen) but recently I encountered more and more video unplayable on the box, unsupported codex?

any link how to install youtube app in Mi Box MDZ-18-AA.. Any prerequisite like need to install google play service.... and etc..

If there's anyone who wanna let go their mi box (international or Malaysia set, pure Android TV), do let me know.

Same here try to reset the box also same. Seem like block by fire wall.

This is the version released in 2016 for the US market. Same specs but comes in orange box. The international version comes in the recycled mi brown box. Both almost identical but this version is dual core processor. International version is quad core. All functions same

When it was first released in US last year it's already using amlogic s905x-h chip which is quad core. Even the older s905 is already quad core

i brought a xiaomi pro recently with those china apps like youku installed but now all can't load. even load is very slow in internet.

is that a must to get vpn to bypass it?

any website that i can refer to flash my OS and upgrade the apps myself?

do not use astro long ago.can't answer that.
If orientation is the only problem, you can always use the
'Set Orientation" apps.
And inside the apps set to Auto.

Most China apps. One example like CIBN apk 6.1.0.Need to unblock using VPN or un-block-youku dns.
