I get that you're saying to try things out but I wouldn't even ask someone to give suicide grip a go, let alone use it regularly. The risks far outweigh any potential benefits.

Not sure why almost everyone use suicide grip for bench press in my gym. Any the position of their palm bend almost 90 degree letting the weight on the wrist.

Maybe because im training in ghetto gym where everyone loves bench press but skip leg day and deadlift.

The best advice i get was, Bro why are you doing these compound exercise. Your bf is not below 12% yet.

If someone this teaching you wrong thing in your point of view. YOU have the right to correct them instead of they teaching you not getting angry because they tried teaching you. Well everyone is different so they exercise method will be too. SO just relax and go lift till muscles get sore!!!.

PS> getting big on roids is not actually that easy. it takes discipline and patience as well. Dont judge ppl too quickly sometimes they just want to help. But yes please wear a belt when your doing squads or deadlift because you will find out your self after 20 years from now. Your still young thats why your overreacting. Going to Underground gym(aka shoplot gyms is always like that) .

You got your point but what works for juiced lifter normally doesn't work on natural lifter. That's why we rarely get "bro" advice from them. But there is still minority juiced lifter with great knowledge and spreading good advice.

So, do you mean wearing a belt during squat and deadlift will save our back especially when we getting older? Or I got your meaning wrong? If not, you might have to redo some reading on how belt helps during squat and deadlift. =)

Just my 2 cents.

It's none of my business to correct anyone, No debate/argue/advise in the gym. I think it's rude to simply correct someone unasked too.
If someone ask/pay me for advice/suggestion/guidance, only then I intervene.

Yea there are some who know their shit. Especially the ones who train till their genetic max and only then resort to steroids to reach beyond that. But rare... Darky often mentions about his mentor Terry Gallyot.
