I was suprised that there are no subbers for this yet. dammit with all the attention given to Death note, this gem of a series are left out in the cold. And suprisingly, Sunrise is making this anime

As expected from sunrise, this anime looks clean and very detailed. One of the best I've seen and on par with the quality of Pumpkin Scissors

Well it is pretty new, around 4 days old only?

Maybe some fansubber will pick up this series later, or maybe never (GA havent got picked up yet >_<)

LOL! None inform us about the anime fansubbed releases about this anime here in LYN. Because of more than a week of disconnectivity, it took sometimes to recover back what news and updates I have missed.

Despite of only one fansub subbing it at the moment, Yoroshiku did quite a fabulous job. Other than that, SUNRISE, the studio that making the animation for Kekkaishi did a wonderful job too.

Perhaps most subber has been fallen/seduced to sub teh DN

Actually, she has higher skills, but lower powers, that's why they began to cooperate in latter chapters, ecspecially after Yoshimori's brother visited them

Downloaded both episode 6 and 7 and turns up, my episode 6 is corrupted.

Anyone downloaded episode 6 already ? It is just my side with the corrupted file or was it a bad encode ?

kekkaishi is very worth to watch now ^^ iz funny and the same time the storyline is quite nice

The one i downloaded before had some problem, total viewing time was about 4 hours.

I gave up this anime , the anime is endless!!!!

the total epsd of this anime should be 52 epsd which is quite "ok"

Almost a month Yoroshiku fansub didn't release new ep of kekkaishi. Chinese fansub already ep51.

i think they r taking their time translating n releasing it at one shot...might b they waiting for the final epsd n release it after that...

Nope didnt follow the manga but the anime end in a good fashion. Finishing watching earlier this year. Very nice series indeed. lolx. 2nd season coming out ?? didnt heard of that but surely will follow on a nice series. lolx

To be frank, the concept of kekkai-jutsu is refreshing but somehow I got the impression that the mangaka is having a hard time organizing the plot & flow... they felt kind of jumpy, if you get what I mean. One moment this, then that & suddenly a strong ally that has been around all these while decided to appear but where was he when Karasumori was under attack by the enemies?

Currently have to read manga since I finished watching the anime. Hope there'll be a 2nd season since the anime only covered the first major story arc.

Currently Yoshimori's jutsu are all contain and defence. I wonder is there attacking jutsu for kekkaishi's or not.

Ketsu to be is more of a restraining skill. Right now probably the only skill i see as attack is Metsu...

I just chased the manga till the latest episode. Frankly, this manga is underrated. Its storyline is more engaging than overatted bleach.
