cutting a 12cm x 12cm blowhole..., ..using ONLY drill+drillbit+'kikir besi'

i only have those items to cut a 12cm x 12cm blowhole on my sidepanel.. i cant find any round saw that big in the hardware shop in my area. i've done 8cm x 8cm blowhole many times before bcoz ive got the tools (8cm round saw and etc..).. but with a bigger blowhole like this, i just dont have the tools for it.. what i got only these:
1- 'kikir besi' (i dunno what its called in english)
2- drill+drill bit
3- sand paper
4-hammer and nail to mark the centre spot b4 cutting blowhole..
so anybody, plz help.. just got few weeks b4 my university opens~! tq

I would like to do it too, for the side casing. But its on the acrylic and not metal, hopefully it will not break.

hoho if u cut using the drill many holes and cut and files method, the outcome will be horrible unless u have the time to slowly files the sharp edges to nice rounded ones

metal file? okok thanx dude.. nway, i'll send my sidepanel to a guy from this forum to cut it for me.. so scared to do it myself.. anything happens, its just no turning back! mainly b4 i just dont ave the tools.. nway, thanx a lot dudes!!

make sure u din send ur casing to superdav007 or else it will turn out worse than ur own work. send to ianho, he does the best job
