Only cloning can do this all "backup one pc document, all saved wifi alvailable networkds passwords and all driver"

If your system already slow and full with junks, then you need just backup your important data and format/install Windows.
After that install back drivers and copy back your important data.

Restore the OS to factory settings
in searh menu type "reset" and follow the instructions

Make a backup of all your important files. and then simply paste them back after restore

if you want to backup all the software setting, can clone using acronis backup.
if you want to just backup files and documents, can try iperius backup.

Hi ck_boon, I couldn't agree more with performing a backup using Acronis True Image because the software helps you to backup your PC thoroughly, preserving a complete image of your entire system in the cloud or on a local drive.

You can check out here on how to create a backup using Acronis True Image WD Edition Software.

Hope it helps. smile.gif

If your present Windows is in a bad condition - virus infected, slow and other problems.
Backup your data and do flesh format/reinstall Windows is the only solution
Disk cloning will bring your problem over.

p/s if you think flesh format/reinstall Windows is too time consuming for you, you can pay the technician to do it for you.
